We are Fiduciaries.

A Fiduciary has an obligation to do what is best for the client. Most Realtors are not fiduciaries. They are “transactional” agents which means they do not represent the client.  They represent "the deal."

Real estate is complicated, technical, and highly regulated.  If you are buying or selling, you will have many questions.  We encourage our clients to ask questions because we want you to be comfortable with the process.

While we can handle any type of real estate, we specialize in business related real estate such as 1031 Exchanges, Immigration,  Business Brokerage and other commercial transactions.

Professionalism

Unfortunately many licensed Realtors are poorly trained and unprofessional.  A high school education and some real estate courses are all that is needed to get a license.  Finding competent real estate representation is important but not always easy.  At SRI we are experienced, professional, educated, and ethical.
